About this course

Welcome to the Continuum Platform course. This course outlines the Continuum platform and covers the various products and services available, including the ITSupport Portal and its importance in managing client sites, the ticketing system, available reports, and applicable resources.

Objectives:

  • Provides an overview of Continuum’s product and services.
  • Describes how to set up a portal and how to create a first site.
  • Explains Continuum’s ticketing and reporting systems and defines the benefits of both.
  • Introduces the various resources and support options available to Continuum partners.

Each module contains a short instructional video followed by questions to check your understanding. Once you complete all video modules, take the Continuum Administrative Specialist Exam and earn a score of 80% or better to become certified.
